A Balinese cooked bumbu with a fresh, sweet and spicy taste; the sauce contains generous amounts of Thai ginger (galangal), soy sauce and chilli pepper. Perfect in combination with white fish or chicken, or simply with vegetables such as green beans.
Usage: 500g per kg of meat
