    I have been using the Kumar’s Curry and Bumbu pastes for just about two years and have not been disappointed. In my small pub it has been wonderful to be able to offer a range of interesting curries that go beyond "normal" pub curries in terms of taste and variety. I have to cater for a range of tastes and tend to keep things fairly middle of the road so it was with some trepidation that I decided to "risk" the Vindaloo paste. What a great decision! The finished curry (made with beef) was not as hot as I would expect a Vindaloo to be (which is ideal for me/my customers) but the balance of spices and flavours was incredible. Another fine product from the Kumar’s range. Can’t wait to try the new Indonesian Babi and Bali pastes!
