Add to the cous cous:

200g couscous
300ml of boiled water
cucumber, tomato, goats cheese,
coriander leaf and / or mint,
apple with peel, celery, lemon


(For 2-3 persons): Mix the couscous with the spice mix and pour the boiling water over it and let it cool down. Cut the cucumber, tomato, goat cheese, apple with skin, celery into cubes or slices. Mix the juice of a lemon (1/2 or whole, according to your taste) and a good splash of olive oil into the cooled couscous. Then mix the diced ingredients with the couscous. Finally, finely chop the green herbs and mix them with the salad. Garnish the dish with some loose coriander leaves.
