For 4 people / approx. 800 g Brussels sprouts: Bring a pan with plenty of water to the boil. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook them (depending on the type and size) for 5 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain the Brussels sprouts and mix with a knob of butter or a dash of oil. Then mix the spice mix through the Brussels sprouts.
