Description

Gyros:
1kg Pork/chicken or turkey strips
30g Gyros mix
Mini pittas
Sliced cucumber
Sliced raw onion
Yoghurt and Garlic sauce

Shoarma:
1kg Diced chicken
30g Shoarma mix
Mini pitas/kebab skewers
Shredded lettuce
Sliced tomatoes and cucumber
Yoghurt and Garlic Sauce

Harrisa wedges:
1kg Potatoes (into wedges)
2tbsp Harissa
2tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste after cooking

Preparation

Gyros: Marinade the meat in the gyros mix and leave for 30 minutes, fry in oil until coloured and cooked through, toast pitta and serve with accompanying ingredients. Shoarma: Marinade the meat in the shoarma mix and leave for 30 minutes, thread onto skewers and grill until coloured and cooked through, toast pitta and serve with accompanying ingredients. Harrisa wedges: Mix the Harrisa with the oil and coat the potato wedges, place on a baking tray and oven roast until cooked, season with salt and serve as a side with the kebabs with extra yoghurt and garlic sauce for dipping.
