Grilled Pork Satay with Satay Sauce
A tasty grilled pork satay from the barbecue. Delicious with ready-made satay sauce. This recipe is for 8 pork satay.
Cut the pork tenderloin into square blocks.
Season the pork tenderloin blocks all around with the Mix for Satay. Leave to marinate for about 15 minutes.
Light the barbecue. Thread the marinated pork tenderloin on the skewers. Grill the satay in approximately 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked on the barbecue.
Meanwhile, heat the Satay Sauce Ready-to-use in the microwave or saucepan, according to the instructions on the package. Serve the grilled pork satay with the satay sauce. Delicious with a baguette.
