Ingredients
Pork Sausages
Sliceable Mushroom Sauce
Grated Cheddar
Lattice Puff Pastry
World Grill Basic Sea Salt & Lampong PURE
Season pepper Wild Mushroom PURE
Method
Split the sausages down the middle to make a pocket.
Fill with some diced Sliceable Mushroom Sauce and top with grated cheese.
Lay lattice pastry over the top and cut to size.
Brush with World Grill Basic Sea Salt & Lampong PURE and a grind of Season pepper Wild Mushroom PURE.
Oven cook at 180°c Gas Mark 4 for 15-20 minutes.
