Steak & Ale Casserole
Ingredients
1kg Rump Steak or Topside (diced)
1kg Burgundy Sauce
150g Dark Ale
20g Bond DS PURE
20g Beef Steak Spices
400g Button Mushrooms
400g Onion (diced)
150g Carrot (sliced)
Method
Coat the beef in the Beef Steak Spices and Bond DS PURE.
Add the vegetables, ale and Burgundy Sauce and mix well.
Oven cook at 180°c Gas Mark 4 for 40-45 minutes stirring occasionally.
