French Garden Beef Skewers
Ingredients
1kg Rump Steak (large dice)
Mushrooms (halved)
100g World Grill French Garden PURE
Season Pepper Wild Mushroom PURE
Method
Thread the beef and mushrooms alternately on to skewers.
Glaze with World Grill French Garden PURE & top with a grind of Season Pepper Wild Mushroom PURE.
Oven cook at 180°C Gas mark 4 for 10-15 minutes or BBQ over hot coals.
