Haggis & Peppercorn Beef Truffle
Ingredients
1000g Minced Beef
Diced Haggis
Streaky Bacon
50g Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE
Sliceable Pepper Sauce
World Grill Basic Sea Salt & Lampong PURE
Decoration Blend France
Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh Thyme
Method
Combine the minced beef with the Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE.
Weigh in to 150-180g portions and form in to truffles.
Brush inside and out with World Grill Basic Sea Salt & Lampong PURE and wrap with streaky bacon.
Fill with diced haggis and top with a slice of Sliceable Pepper Sauce.
Garnish with Decoration Blend France, cherry tomato and thyme.
Cook at 170°c gas mark 3-4 for 20-25 minutes or a core temperature of 72°c.
