Ingredients (2 pers): 200 g chicken (thigh) fillet, 150 ml water, 1 leek, 1 egg, 250 g pre-cooked potato slices, 1 bell pepper, 100 g mushrooms, 150 ml whipped cream, 100 g grated cheese. Preparation method: preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the chicken and vegetables into cubes. Cook the chicken. Add vegetables and the spice mix. Add water, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Place half of the potato slices in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the chicken mixture over it. Cover with the rest of the potato slices. Mix the egg with whipped cream and pour over. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until light brown.
