Chimichurri Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients

Chicken Fillets (butterflied)
Batter & Shake
Schnitzelmix Cajun
Sliceable Chimichurri Sauce
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Kibbled Onions Crispy Fried

Method

Pass the chicken fillet through the Batter & Shake and coat with the the Cajun Schnitzel.
Place 2 slices of Chimichurri Sauce on top.
Finish with some grated mozzarella and Kibbled Onions Crispy Fried.

Oven cook at 170°s gas Mark 3-4 for 20-25 minutes.
