GARLIC CHICKEN EN CROUTE

Ingredients

Chicken Fillets
Sliceable Garlic Sauce
Sausagemeat
World Grill French Garden PURE
Season Pepper Garlic Shallot PURE
Lattice Puff Pastry

Method

Cut a pocket in the top of the chicken fillet big enough to insert a 2cm piece of Sliceable Garlic Sauce.
Plug the pocket with a small piece of sausagemeat.
Lay the lattice pastry on top and mould around the fillet.
Brush with World Grill French Garden PURE and a grind of Season Pepper Garlic Shallot PURE.

Oven cook at 180°c gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
