Lamb Donor Kebab

Ingredients

1kg Lamb Mince
50g Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE
30g Spice Mix Gyros PURE
1Tbs Freeze Dried Mint
Pita Breads

Accompaniments
Sambal Oelek (chilli paste)
Yoghurt Garlic Sauce

Method

Combine the lamb mince with the Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE, Spice Mix Gyros PURE and the Freeze Dried Mint and blitz in a food processor until smooth. Cook at 170 ° until the core temperature meets 70 °. Calve and put back in the oven to crisp up if desired.

Serve with the Sambal Oelek (chilli paste) and Yoghurt Garlic Sauce.
