Just a note to say what a lovely pepper sauce I had with a sirloin steak. To be honest, I have never been a fan of sauces with quality meat, but I was sent this by my local butcher. Mettricks are an award winning butcher with their own slaughterhouse, so they know the provenance of their products.
Normally I would cook the steak medium rare with a little Dijon mustard on the side. However, as I had your pepper sauce there I thought I would try it. It was a lovely and creamy yet sharp enough in the after taste. I will order some more from you direct and recommend your products to family and friends. Cheers, Paul
