Took me back to 1963

Tried your pepper sauce and found it excellent.
Then tried your creamy Steak Diane sauce and it took me back to 1963 when I occasionally went to a central London fine hotel where I had the best steak Diane ever. At the end of my meal of a thin sirloin with your sauce I felt is lacked something.
Then I remembered that Steak Diane was always finished with a flambe of whisky. I look forward to trying your other sauces.
