Chicken & Mushroom Fricasse
Ingredients
1kg Diced Chicken Breast
20g Spicemix for Chicken
20g Bond DS PURE
750g Mushroom Sauce
250g Mushrooms (quartered)
150g Onion (diced)
Season Pepper Wild Mushroom PURE
Method
Coat the chicken in the Spicemix for Chicken and Bond DS PURE.
Add the onions, mushrooms and sauce and mix well.
Finish with a grind of Season Pepper Wild Mushroom PURE.
Oven cook at 170°c Gas Mark 4 for 30-40 minutes stirring halfway through.
