For 4 people / approx. 800 g broccoli: Bring a pan of water to the boil. Cut the fresh broccoli into florets and cook for 6 to 7 minutes al dente. Drain the broccoli and mix it with a knob of butter or a dash of oil. Then add the spice mix to the broccoli.
