Preparation
Take 1kg of diced pork or chicken and season with 20g satay spice mix, thread onto bamboo skewers and cook on a BBQ of under the grill until golden and cooked through.
Serve with any Verstegen Satay Sauce, rice and topped with crispy fried onions.
