Indonesian Chicken Satay & Spiced Nuts
Ingredients
1kg Diced Chicken Breast
20g Satay Spices PURE
World Grill Indonesian PURE
Seroendeng (Roasted Peanuts & Coconut)
Method
Coat the diced chicken in the Satay Spices PURE.
Thread on to skewers and brush with World Grill Indonesian PURE.
Blitz some Seroendeng (Roasted Peanuts & Coconut) in a food processor to make it finer and sprinkle over the skewers.
Oven cook at 180°C Gas mark 4 for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
