Aubergine and Paneer Tandoori Skewers
1kg Indian Paneer Cheese
2 Aubergines (halved and sliced)
100g World Grill Indian Tandoori PURE
100g Spicemix del Mondo Massala PURE
Cut the paneer into similar sized pieces to the aubergine and marinate in the World Grill Indian Tandoori PURE and the Spicemix del Mondo Massala PURE.
Thread onto skewers and garnish with fresh lime and herbs.
