Autumn Salad



1 Red onion
1 Celeriac
1/4 Bunch chives
150 g Mixed wild mushrooms
50 g Hazelnuts
2 Slices of bread
50 g Parmesan cheese
50 g Rocket
10 g Oil
10 g Verstegen Fresh Middle East Chermoula


Clean the vegetables and roughly chop the chives.

Mix the oil with Verstegen Middle East – Chermoula.

Toast the nuts, fry the red onion, add the celeriac and mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the bread with half the Chermoula oil and bake until crunchy.

Build the salad with all the ingredients and the other half of the Chermoula oil.

Finish with Parmesan cheese.
