Bacon, Stilton and Pork Crackling Onions

Ingredients

4 large Onions (peeled and centre removed)
4 Rashers of Streaky Bacon
4x 50g Sliceable Stilton Sauce
Pork Crackling (crushed)
Fresh Thyme

Method

Fill the hollow onions with the Sliceable Stilton Sauce, wrap in bacon and top with the crushed crackling and fresh thyme.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180c
