These BBQ Beef Stacks are the perfect blend of beef, cheese and smokey BBQ sauce, finished with crispy onions for a crunchy texture.

1kg Minced Beef
50g Hamburger Mix Complete PURE
Smokey BBQ Sauce PURE
Kibbled Crispy Fried Onions
30g Water
Grated Cheddar Cheese

Method

Mix the minced beef with the Hamburger Mix Complete PURE and water.
Divide the mix evenly in to thin burgers.
Lay two in a foil tray, sprinkle with cheese and Kibbled Crispy Fried Onions.
Add another burger on top of each of those and cover with Smokey BBQ Sauce PURE.
Top with more cheddar & Kibbled Crispy Fried Onions.
Oven cook at 180°c gas mark 4 for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through.
