Beef Bourguignon



1kg Rump Steak or Topside (diced)
900g Burgundy Sauce
150g Red Wine
250g Streaky Bacon (diced)
20g Bond DS PURE
20g Beef Steak Spices
400g Button Mushrooms
400g Onion or Shallots (diced)


Coat the beef in the Bond DS PURE and Beef Steak Spices.
Add the vegetables, bacon, red wine and Burgundy Sauce.
Garnish with some more diced bacon.

Oven cook at 180°c Gas Mark 4 for 40-50 minutes stirring occasionally.
