Beef & Haggis Meatballs in Pepper Sauce

BEEF AND HAGGIS MEATBALLS EDIT

Ingredients

500g Minced Beef
500g Crumbled Haggis
25g  Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE
500g Pepper Sauce
Decoration Blend Rotterdam PURE
Pink Pepper Berries

Method

Mix the minced beef and haggis with the Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE.
Form in to 50g balls and coat in Decoration Blend Rotterdam PURE.
Spoon some Pepper Sauce in a foil tray and top with meatballs.
Garnish with Pink Pepper Berries.

Cook at 170°c gas mark 3-4 for 20-25 minutes or a core temperature of 72°c.
