2.5kg Sweet potato (peeled and chopped)
3 Lrg onions (diced)
3 Lrg leeks (chopped)
6 Sticks celery (chopped)
5L water
2.7l Bucket Bombay Curry Sauce
250g World Grill Indian Mystery

Garnish with Decoration Blend France & Yoghurt Garlic Sauce


Cook the vegetables in the water until tender and cooked through, add the Bombay Curry Sauce and the World Grill Indian Mystery and puree with a stick blender or food processor.
