Ingredients
1kg Diced Turkey Breast
20g Verstegen DS Bind
20g Verstegen Masala Spice Mix Del Mondo
300g Diced Mixed Peppers
300g Diced Onion
250g Diced Cauliflower
900g Verstegen Bombay Curry Sauce

Method
Coat the diced turkey in the DS Bind & Spice Mix Del Mondo Massala.
Combine all of the other ingredients & mix well.
Place in a serving bowl & garnish with a sprinkling of the Spice Mix Del Mondo.
