Ingredients

Pork Sausage meat
Back Bacon
Sliceable Chimichurri Sauce
Burger Cheese Slices
Decoration Blend France

Method

Press the sausage meat out in to 85-90g burgers.
On a plastic sheet lay a rasher of bacon and top with a square of burger cheese.
Lay a burger on top, followed by a slice of Sliceable Chimichurri Sauce, then a second burger.
Wrap the ends of he bacon over and press it all together.
Garnish with Decoration Blend France.
Oven Cook at 180°c for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
