Brie & Cranberry Chicken Fillet

Brie Wedge
Back Bacon
World Grill French Garden PURE
Decoration Blend France


Make an incision in the side of the chicken fillet and place a slice of brie and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce inside.
Wrap a rasher of back bacon around to secure it.
Brush the exposed ends of the chicken with World Grill French Garden PURE and finish with Decoration Blend France.

Oven cook at 180°c Gas Mark 4 for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through.
