BUTTERFIED TANDOORI LEG OF LAMB

Ingredients

1kg Boneless Leg of Lamb (butterflied)
100g World Grill Indian Tandoori PURE
10g Spicemix del Mondo Massala PURE
3 Cloves of Garlic (halved lengthways)

Garnish
Fresh Rosemary
Green Chilli

Method

Marinate the lamb leg in the World Grill Indian Tandoori PURE and the Spicemix del Mondo Massala PURE
Make insertions with a knife and push in the halved garlic cloves.
Garnish with the fresh rosemary and green chilli.
