Cajun Beef and Spicy Sausage Fry

Ingredients

400g Beef Rump (small dice)
150g Chorizo (sliced)
1 Red Onion (wedges)
100g Sweetcorn (tinned)
100g Broccoli (florets)
200g Mixed Peppers (diced)

100g  World Grill Cajun Louisiana
10g  Cajun Blend

Garnish
Orange/Chilli/Coriander/Spring Onion

Method

Combine all the ingredients together and garnish with the orange, chilli, coriander and spring onion.
