Cajun Chicken Satay

Ingredients

1kg Chicken (diced)
10g  Cajun Blend PURE
100g  World Grill Cajun Louisiana PURE
500g  Satay Sauce

Garnish
Yogurt Garlic Sauce
 Fried Onion Pieces
 Decoration Blend France

Method

Preseason the chicken with the Cajun Blend PURE and World Grill Cajun Louisiana PURE and thread onto skewers.
Spread the Satay Sauce on the base of a silver tray and place the skewers on top.
Drizzle the Yogurt Garlic Sauce over the chicken and garnish with the Fried Onion Pieces and the Decoration Blend France.
