Cajun Halloumi with Salsa Veg

CAJUN HALLOUMI, SALSA VEG

Ingredients

1kg of Halloumi Cheese
250g Tinned Black Eyed Peas
250g Tinned Sweetcorn
100g Peppers (diced)
100g Onion (diced)
50g Spring Onions
250g Salsa Cajun
100g World Grill Cajun Louisiana
50g  Cajun Blend

Method

Combine the vegetables, beans and sweetcorn with the Cajun Salsa and Cajun Blend.
Brush the halloumi cheese with the World Grill Cajun Louisiana and rest on the vegetable mix.
