Cajun Stuffed Thighs with Lime and Chilli

Ingredients

1kg Chicken Thighs (boned)
250g Sausage Meat
10g  Cajun Blend
80g  World Grill Cajun Louisiana

Garnish
Fresh Lime Slices/Thyme/Chilli

Method

Combine the Cajun Blend with the sausage meat and stuff into the boned chicken thighs, brush with the World Grill Cajun Louisiana, top with the chilli, lime and thyme and tie with bands to secure everything.
