Casserole Dish with Shrimp, Courgette and Carrots

An easy one-pan dish with shrimps, courgette, bell pepper and carrots. Ideal for a weekday.



600 g Peeled shrimps (fresh or frozen)
1 Courgette
3 Carrots
1 Yellow pepper
1 Red pepper
300 g Rice, of your choice
1 Onion
2 Tsp Cajun Spices PURE
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste


Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. If necessary, defrost the shrimps according to the instructions on the packaging.

Finely chop the onion. Cut the courgette and peppers into small cubes. Peel the carrots and cut into slices.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Add the shrimp, carrots and Cajun Spices PURE. Bake for about 2 to 3 minutes on high heat. Add the courgette and bell pepper and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes on high heat. Add salt to taste if necessary.

Serve the stir-fried shrimp and vegetables with the rice.
