Char Sui Bacon Pork Collar

Method

Rub the Nitrite Salt into both sides of the pork.
Marinate in a vac bag overnight with the Chinese Plum Marinade.
Remove from the bag and pat dry. Brush with World Grill Chinatown and present.
BBQ or Oven cook at 180°c for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
