Char Sui Bacon Pork Collar

Ingredients

1kg Pork Collar Steaks (Diamond Scored)
150g Marinade Chinese Plum
6g Colorozozout (Nitrite Salt)
World Grill Chinatown

Method

Rub the Nitrite Salt into both sides of the pork.
Marinate in a vac bag overnight with the Chinese Plum Marinade.
Remove from the bag and pat dry. Brush with World Grill Chinatown and present.
BBQ or Oven cook at 180°c for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
