Chicken Haggis & Peppercorn Saltire

CHICKEN, HAGGIS AND PEPPERCORN SALTIRE EDIT

Ingredients

Chicken Fillets
Haggis
Streaky Bacon
Sliceable Pepper Sauce
World Grill Basic Sea Salt & Lampong PURE
Pink Pepper Berries
Fresh Rosemary

Method

Cut a vertical pocket in the chicken fillet.
Fill the pocket with a piece of Sliceable Pepper Sauce and plug with crumbled haggis.
Wrap 2 rashers of streaky bacon over the chicken creating a cross.
Brush with World Grill Basic Sea Salt & Lampong Pepper PURE.
Garnish with Pink Pepper Berries and a sprig of rosemary
Cook at 180°c gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes or a core temperature of 72°c.
