Make three deep incisions on top of the chicken fillet and fill each incision with a slice of mozzarella.
Secure with a bamboo skewer and add a tomato to the end.
Brush with World Grill Cielo Rosso PURE.
Garnish with Spicemix Del Mondo La Spezia PURE.

Oven cook at 170°c Gas Mark 3-4 for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
