Chicken Satay Burger with Sweet Corn

Delicious homemade chicken satay burgers with sweet corn. A tasty burger with the ready-to-use Classic Satay sauce.



1 kg Minced chicken
100 g Corn (cooked)
10 g Spice Mix for Satay with salt 
30 g Binding Vero Pure
100 g Classic Satay Sauce Ready-to-use 
Batter & Shake 
Schnitzel Mix Satay


Mix the minced chicken with the Spice Mix for Satay, the Binding Vero, the Classic Satay Sauce and the corn.

Form burgers at desired weight.

Make the Batter & Shake by shaking 320 g water with 80 g mix.

Lightly coat the outside of the chicken satay burgers with sweet corn with the prepared Batter & Shake and then bread them all around in the Schnitzel Mix Satay.
