Chilli, Coconut Bombay Chicken Curry

CHILLI, COCONUT BOMBAY CURRY

Ingredients

500g Chicken breast (diced)
200g Mixed peppers (diced)
200g White cabbage (diced)
100g Mushrooms (quartered)
500g Bombay Curry Sauce
100g Sambal Oelek (chilli paste)
1Tbps Bond DS
1 Tin coconut milk
50g Desiccated coconut
Fresh red chilli (sliced)
Coriander(chopped)

Method

Dust the meat and vegetables in the Bond DS and combine the rest of the ingredients together, garnish with the fresh red chilli and coriander.
