Ingredients
500g Chicken breast (diced)
500g Ready to Use Gravy
500g Bombay Curry Sauce
2 Tbsp Bond DS
2 Tbsp Spicemix del Mondo Chinatown
100g Sliced Red Peppers
200g Onion (diced)
100g Carrot (halved and sliced)
100g Onion (diced)
100g Bamboo Shoots (tinned)
Black sesame seeds
Sliced spring onions
Method
Dust the chicken and the vegetables in the Bond DS and the Spicemix del Mondo Chinatown, combine the Ready to Use Gravy and the Bombay Curry Sauce and combine the dry with the wet.
Garnish with the Black sesame seeds and sliced spring onions.
