1kg Chicken Legs (boned out)
15g Spice Mix Chicken
Sausage meat
Sliceable Honey Mustard Sauce
Dried cranberries
World Grill Spanish Harbour


Lay out the boned chicken legs and season with the Spice Mix Chicken . Spread out sausage meat on the inside of the meat, followed by a finger sized piece of Sliceable Honey Mustard Sauce, some broken up chestnuts and 6/7 dried cranberries.
Roll each leg back into shape and brush with the World Grill Spanish Harbour. Finish but securing with bands.
