Christmas Pigs in Bed

All the best bits rolled up in a bacon bundle, these pigs in bed are the perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit, kids and adults will love them alike, simple to make and delicious to eat. Bacon, stuffing and sausage the perfect formula

Ingredients

Makes 4

200g Pre Made Stuffing (50g Stuffing, 150g Water)
12 Cocktail Sausages
4 Rashers Back Bacon
World Grill Honey and Mustard
Verstegen Pink Pepper Berries
Star Anise

Method

Divide the stuffing into 4 and flatten to create the bed, position 3 cocktail sausages in a pyramid on the stuffing and wrap 1 rasher of back bacon around to hold together.

Drizzle with the World Grill Honey and Mustard and sprinkle over some Pink Pepper Berries to garnish.
