Ingredients

1kg Turkey mince
50g Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE
Sliceable Stilton Sauce
250g Dried cranberries
200g Chestnuts
Beef dripping

Method

Combine the turkey mince, Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE, dried cranberries and chestnuts and divide into 10x 150g portions, stuff each ball with 25g of Sliceable Stilton Sauce. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes, melt the dripping and it pour over the well chilled turkey puddings to create the icing.
Garnish with red currants.
