Ingredients

1Kg Diced Turkey Breast
40g World Grill Sea Salt and Lampong Pepper
10g DS Bond
Cranberry Sauce
Bacon and Brie
Puff Pastry
Decoration Blend Dijon

Method

Mix the diced turkey with the World Grill and DS bond. Cut squares of pastry and lay a rasher of back bacon diagonally across followed by the turkey mix, sliced brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Fold in the 2 corners and glaze with World Grill.
