Simple to put together and perfect for an up sale over the Christmas period or even a New Year dinner.

CHRISTMAS VEG

Ingredients

1Kg Sprouts
250g Diced Streaky Bacon
100g Chestnuts
World Grill Sea Salt and Lampong Pepper 

1 Whole Cauliflower
World Grill Jamaican Jerk 
Verstegen Gratin Sauce 

1Kg Carrots and Parsnips
World Grill Indian Mystery 

1Kg New Potatoes (halved)
1 Med Red Onion (sliced)
World Grill Spanish Harbour

Method

For each side dish combine the ingredients with the World Grill. With the cauliflower brush with the World Grill Jamaican Jerk and rest on a bed of Gratin Sauce.
