Ingredients
1kg Minced Beef
50g Verstegen Burger Mix Complete
Splash of Water
Decoration Blend of choice
Flavours:
150g Feta
75g Olives
75g Sundried tomatoes
150g Roasted squash
150g Diced chorizo
150g Diced ham
150g Diced smoked cheese
150g Cooked diced bacon
150g Diced halloumi
Necessities
Burger press
Method
Combine the mince beef with the Burger mix and water.
Gently mix in your chosen flavours so it’s evenly distributed.
Press into 200g burgers.
Adding fresh herbs (roughly chopped) gives an amazing finish.
