Creamy Beef Stroganoff



1kg Beef Topside Strips
20g Beef Steak Spices
20g Bond DS PURE
800g Stroganoff Sauce
200g Mushrooms (sliced)
200g Red Onion (sliced
200g Peppers (sliced)
Juice of 1 Lemon (optional)
100g Double Cream (optional)
Decoration Blend France


Add the Bond DS PURE and Beef Steak Spices to the beef and mix well.
Add the vegetables, cream and lemon juice if using and the Stroganoff Sauce and combine.
Finish with Decoration Blend France.

Oven cook at 180°c Gas mark 4 for 35-45 minutes stirring halfway through.
