Curry Pumpkin Soup

Create this simple and really tasty soup, perfect for Halloween in 3 simple steps

Ingredients

Medium pumpkin
Bombay curry sauce
Yoghurt & Garlic sauce

Method

Peel, chop and cook a medium sized pumpkin in just enough water to cover in a pan.

When cooked add 350g Verstegen Bombay curry sauce.

Blitz with a stick blender and finish with Verstegen Yogurt & Garlic sauce.
